Zain’s Colocation Data Center (CDC) in Kuwait is a purpose-built facility designed to serve enterprise, government, and SME clients with secure, high-performance infrastructure for hosting digital assets.
The CDC operates on a multi-tenant block-based platform, offering full cabinet (U47) rentals, intelligent rack power distribution, and high-capacity internet and data services. It supports both local and international connectivity, including MPLS links and Amazon Cloud Services integration.
The facility features advanced physical security, including biometric access controls, 24/7 on-site security personnel, and isolated containment rooms accessible via personal access cards. Environmental systems include FM200 gas-based fire suppression, precision cooling, and humidity control, all aligned with data center SLAs.
Zain’s CDC also provides dark fiber connectivity, enabling low-latency links between clients and external carriers. The infrastructure is engineered for rapid deployment, with Zain acting as a single point of contact for installation, cabling, and ongoing support.
