The Maxis Urban Data Centre, located in Sungai Besi, Malaysia, is a modern facility designed to support the growing digital needs of businesses in the heart of the city. With over 25 years of operational excellence, it provides reliable and efficient solutions for organizations requiring quick and seamless access to applications and data through low-latency networks.

The data center offers a range of services, including standalone co-location, disaster recovery, and customized hosting solutions. It features a total net lettable area of 1,260 sq. ft., a floor-to-ceiling height of 2.5 meters, and a floor loading capacity of 1,000 kg/m². The power infrastructure includes dual 11kV power sources via different TNB paths, an N+1 generator configuration, 48-hour fuel tanks, and 2N UPS systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Cooling efficiency is maintained with N+1 CRAC units and 2N power distribution, while security is reinforced with 24/7 on-site staffed authentication and multi-layered access controls. The facility also includes a dedicated Network Operations Centre for round-the-clock monitoring and support.
