The facility construction of was carried out on the basis of the ANSI/TIA-942-2005 Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers documents recommendations.
It was decided to build the new two-story building with an isolated 60 sq.m. room on for this reason. The fire safety requirements, the access roads availability, additional (auxiliary) facilities, the necessary (redundant) power supply system connections, the necessary fiber optic communications systems, infrastructure design and built recommendations were taken into account.
The Tier III (0, 99982) reliability requirements were met for the internal and external life support systems design and construction. This implementation allows performing any preventive, emergency and repair works without stopping the equipment. The communication systems, power and cooling construction were carried out using the full redundancy scheme «N + 1» (where «N» is the necessary amount of equipment and engineering systems for the data center full performance).
